In 2012, our grantees Austin Merrill and Peter DiCampo founded Everyday Africa, the photo-sharing initiative aimed at presenting a view of "Africa, every day." It quickly exploded on Tumblr and Instagram, and the rest was history -- similar feeds now exist with contributors all over the world. There's even an "Everyday Everywhere."

The Everyday projects are an incredible, interactive entry point into making your classroom global. Check out the video above, by Pulitzer Center staffers Evey Wilson and Steve Sapienza, to see some of the ways educators have used these concepts in their classrooms.
