This week, during the 22nd International AIDS Conference in Amsterdam, photojournalist Misha Friedman is posting selected images from his recent reporting project with science writer Jon Cohen on the Pulitzer Center's Instagram account.

Cohen and Friedman traveled to Russia, Nigeria, and Florida to report on the unique challenges of fighting HIV/AIDS in these countries. Their reporting was published in Science Magazine and aired on PBS NewsHour.
