Photography from Tomas van Houtryve's 2013 Pulitzer Center-supported reporting project, "Borderlands: In the Shadow of North Korea" is featured alongside work from other international photographers who reported in North Korea as part of a exhibition at the Drents Museum from April 3 to August 30.

Drents Museum in The Netherlands presents this exhibition to highlight an alternative view to the "Kim Utopia" idealized vision of North Korea.

Van Houtryve's project offers an outside view looking in to counter North Koreas skill of keeping its population and journalists in the dark.
