Pollution
Pollution of the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the land on which we live and cultivate food poses significant environmental challenges and urgent threats to communities worldwide. Pulitzer Center grantees report on topics ranging from the health challenges that arise from polluted air and water; the impacts of pollution on the environment and biodiversity; and the disproportionate harm caused to communities of color located near sites of pollution and toxic waste.
We seek to support reporting that investigates the ongoing global toll of pollution and its ripple effects.
