Keysiah Middleton

Keysiah has worked as a public school educator for 18 years teaching middle and high school students in the city of Philadelphia. She is currently a History Teacher with the School District of Philadelphia. She has taught African American History, American History, History in the Digital Classroom, Humanities, English, Hip Hop Culture and English. She has also worked with middle school students as a Robotics Instructor. Keysiah has been a fellow and teacher representative with the Yale National Initiative and the Teachers Institute of Philadelphia where she has produced a variety of curriculum units for classroom use. In her spare time, Keysiah enjoys reading literary fiction, researching the life of Abraham Lincoln and writing about History. Keysiah resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia where she is the mother of two wonderful sons.
