Kiana Shaw
TEACHER FELLOW
Kiana is an educator with over 15 years of experience teaching in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to teaching, Kiana has held several leadership roles which include: Working with the University of Chicago to mentor student teachers, being chair of the Instructional Leadership Team, and leading professional development sessions in Chicago and New York. Kiana currently teaches 4th grade Literacy and Social Studies and develops curriculum and professional development around Equity and inclusion as an Associate Consultant for the Equity Leadership Group.
Outside of teaching, Kiana loves napping, traveling, and watching reruns of her favorite shows.
