Krithika Varagur

Krithika Varagur is a journalist, speechwriter, and author who lives in Brooklyn, New York.

Varagur has reported widely from Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Balkans. She is the author of The Call: Inside the Global Saudi Religious Project, a National Geographic Explorer, and the winner of the 2021 Marie Colvin Front Page Award for Foreign Correspondence from the Newswomen's Club of New York.

She graduated from Harvard, was a Fulbright scholar in London, and has been an Amtrak writer-in-residence.
