Margareth Aritonang

Margareth Aritonang is a journalist based in Indonesia. She works for The Gecko Project, investigating the role of crime, corruption, abuses of power, and impunity in enabling environmental destruction and violation of marginalized people's rights. 

For over 15 years, she has researched, conducted investigations, and reported on issues relating to the environment, human rights, Indonesia's politics and policymaking, and security.
