Mark Wiley

TEACHER FELLOW

Mr. Wiley is an educator with over 13 years of experience teaching in Chicago. In addition to teaching, Mark held many leadership positions which include: Department Chair, ILT, and Grade Level Chair. Currently, Mr. Wiley teaches at Gage Park High School as the 11th grade civics and AP Seminar teacher. He is also the Student Voice Committee facilitator and works with outside organizations such as: Mikva Challenge, SWOP, UMOJA, SHEG, and now Pulitzer Center Teacher Fellowship! Outside of the classroom, Mark loves live music, learning to play guitar, playing basketball, watching soccer, and spending time with his family and 3-year-old daughter.
