Matthew Wynne

Dr. Matthew John Wynne is from the great Tar Heel State of North Carolina. He currently resides and teaches in the historic city of Fayetteville, NC, named in honor of Marquis de Lafayette, Revolutionary War hero. Dr. Wynne received his Bachelor's in Social Sciences Education, Master's in Special Education, and Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Fayetteville State University. Dr. Wynne teaches 7th Grade Social Studies in Cumberland County Schools at R. Max Abbott Middle School. This is a Title I middle school that focuses on global studies through all content areas. He serves on the Cumberland County professional development and curriculum committee. In addition, Dr. Wynne is also active within the local community serving on the Museum of the Cape Fear Foundation board facilitating cultural programs and partnering with the local library system to provide educational services to youth. Lastly, he serves as a worship leader and an Associate Minister at Faith Family Worship Center in Fayetteville, NC.
