Through interviews and hidden cameras, we recorded the main lies about the COVID-19 vaccine, spread by shamans and healers in the Quechua and Aymara villages in Peru.

They claim that the vaccine weakens the body; diseases appear years later; or that the vaccine eats white blood cells, causing death.

Other false narratives include the pandemic is over, and it is not necessary to be vaccinated, and the SARS-CoV-2 virus was created in laboratories by Jewish Zionists.

As of September 2023, Puno is one of the three regions in Peru with the lowest rate of bivalent vaccination against COVID-19.

Medical specialists from the Ministry of Health have clarified information about doubts about the COVID-19 vaccine, stressing that the pandemic is not over and that vaccinating everyone is the only way to eradicate COVID-19, as has been done with other communicable diseases like smallpox and poliomyelitis.

The Intipacha Association, a group of Andean sages, amautas, cosmic visionaries, and healers, warns that the messengers of the fear of COVID-19 vaccines are "charlatans."
