Operating and driving a long haul truck is no easy feat. The job demands long hours on the road and in the warehouse with little to no sleep. Four Chinese immigrant truck drivers describe the impact that over-the road trucking and the industry has had on their mental health and overall wellbeing.

This short documentary seeks to amplify their daily lives, struggles, and stories as truck drivers.
