Anusha Mathur

REPORTING FELLOW

Anusha Mathur is a student at the University of Pennsylvania studying English and communication. She is committed to telling stories surrounding climate change and representation. Her work spans mediums, including long-form journalism, auditory-style storytelling, and delivering content on social media. Her previous reporting has been recognized by the National Scholastic Press Association and George Mason University’s Climate Change Reporting Award.

She is particularly interested in examining sustainability in a Latin American context, having worked at the Argentine environmental NGO Asociación Sustentar. She has worked as the political journalism intern for the social media platform News Not Noise, as an associate editor for the Daily Pennsylvanian, and as a writer for the Flathead Beacon in Kalispell, Montana.
