Christopher Sherman is a Junior at St. Anselm's Abbey School in Washington, DC. After two weeks backpacking in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains at Philmont Scout Ranch, he was inspired by Paul Salopek's idea of "slow journalism." He is thrilled at the prospect of joining Paul on his trek later this year, in India.
