Elene Chkhaidze
REPORTING FELLOW
Elene Chkhaidze is an undergraduate student majoring in international politics and minoring in Arabic on the Georgetown University Qatar campus. She is particularly interested in research in security studies and international law, while her non-major related interests include journalism, anthropology, and theology. Throughout her undergraduate degree, she has been extensively involved in student clubs on campus including the girls' football team, debating union, and chess club. Aside from being the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs' 2023 Reporting Fellow, she has also been selected for The Lisa J. Raines Fellowship for summer 2023.
