Kalia Richardson

Kalia Richardson, who studied journalism at the University of Florida, is currently participating in a year-long fellowship with The New York Times on the newspaper's culture desk, providing a voice to marginalized communities within arts and culture.

Richardson's journalism experience includes roles at WUFT News (reporter); the Orlando Sentinel (intern); The Independent Florida Alligator (features and investigations editor); the Miami Herald (breaking news intern); CollegeFashionista (freelance contributing writer); and Her Campus Media (national writer, features writer, editor).
