Country:

Author:

In 2017 and 2018, photographer James Whitlow Delano documented photo stories about the consequences to widows and their families when husbands, fathers, and breadwinners become victims of extrajudicial killings (EJKs) in Philippines President Duterte’s so-called “War on Drugs."
