Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya issued a permit to construct a mining road in Harapan Harapan for PT Marga Bara Jaya, a part of Rajawali Group, covering an area of 424 hectares. PT REKI, which manages the Hutan Haraoab to reject the construction of the mining road. But it was helpless because there was a conspiracy between Peter Sondakh and the government.
