Pulitzer Center grantee, Gaiutra Bahadur, presents her project on Guyana's 2015 elections at Spelman College, one of the newest members of the Campus Consortium.

On Tuesday, November 14, 2017, Pulitzer Center journalist grantee Gaiutra Bahadur presents her reporting at Spelman College during her talk, "Reporting from Abroad: The Cold War and its Afterlife in Guyana." In her reporting, Bahadur also highlights how racial and cultural differences continue to influence the country.

This free event is open to the public and is part of a two-day visit to one of the Pulitzer Center's newest Campus Consortium partners.

While on-campus, Bahadur also speaks with journalism students about her career as a long-form journalist and author. Campus Consortium coordinator Kayla Sharpe accompanies Bahadur on the visit and leads a session on the international reporting fellowship opportunity available to Spelman students as part of the partnership with the Pulitzer Center.
