Hope Marshall will be a panelist in the "After Lockdown: Life for the Formerly Incarcerated" Town Hall. Marshall is the program manager for Mecklenburg County Criminal Justice Services Re-Entry Services Program in North Carolina.
The virtual town hall, set for Thursday, November 4, 2021, will discuss the depth of racial bias against formerly incarcerated adults who struggle to reintegrate into society.
