Raquel Rosenberg

Activist and social entrepreneur Raquel Rosenberg's life mission is to work with people and organizations that seek the convergence of ideas and purposes for balance in social relations, respect for the environment, and the formation of solid solidary citizens. 

A co-founder of the youth-led organization Engajamundo, she has extensive experience in youth mobilization, project development, and coordination of non-hierarchical teams. Rosenberg has represented the organization in several international conferences in defense of climate justice, with emphasis on the speech at COP21, the U.N. climate change conference.

A dancer in her spare time, on stage, or in the flow of the music of life, she lives in the Amazon, strengthening the role of young people from traditional communities. She is a fellow of the nonprofit Ashoka Brazil and a board member of democraciaAbierta.
