Housing Works, a non-profit renowned for addressing homelessness, legal services, and other needs of people living with AIDS that many organizations deem "too challenging to serve," listed Pulitzer Center grantee Lisa Armstrong among five heroes of 2010 in the fight against AIDS. Armstrong received the honor in recognition of her dedication to coverage of HIV/AIDS in Haiti since the January 2010 earthquake.
