Blessed Sheriff
REPORTING FELLOW
Blessed Sheriff (she/her/hers) is a current fourth year medical student at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. This past year she graduated from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health with a special focus in global mental health and research. In her writing she aims to explore pathways towards healing and social change for vulnerable populations. Her work has been featured in numerous publications including Write About Now, The Washington Post, PLOS One, and most recently, Pager Publications. Her mission to share and understand diverse stories has taken her across the globe to Ghana, Liberia, and now Sierra Leone, where she hopes to investigate a mental health movement that is transforming patient lives.
